膨体聚四氟乙烯在鼻部整形中的应用(1)

[摘要]目的:探讨鼻部整形中应用膨体聚四氟乙烯的手术方法及效果。方法:本组100例均采用“开放式”切口。根据鼻部具体情况,将膨体材料雕刻成所需形状,埋置于相应部位,构建鼻部假体支架,以此改善鼻部形态。结果:本组100例患者应用膨体行鼻部整形,术后随访1～4年,其中2例发生慢性排斥反应,1例受重力击打致假体外露,以致取出假体,其余97例形态自然,效果满意。结论:在鼻部整形中应用膨体可取得良好效果。
