快速扩弓联合前方牵引矫治恒牙期骨性III类错牙合的临床应用(1)

[摘要]目的:观察快速扩弓联合前方牵引矫治恒牙期骨性III类错牙合的矫治效果,并探讨其矫治机制。方法:15 例恒牙期骨性III类错牙合患者,应用快速扩弓联合前方牵引矫治器进行矫治,矫治前后拍摄头颅侧位定位片,并对矫治前后的X线头影测量进行比较分析。结果:矫治后面型改善明显、前牙反牙合得到纠正、磨牙及尖牙关系中性、咬合关系良好。SNA 角平均增大4.23°,SNB角无明显变化,覆盖平均增加5.52mm。结论:快速扩弓联合前方前牵引矫治器,可快速促进上颌骨向前发育,是纠正恒牙期骨性III类前牙反牙合的有效手段。
