[摘要]目的:比较金沉积烤瓷冠与氧化铝全瓷冠在前牙美容修复中的临床综合修复效果。方法:选择96例前牙需修复的患者进行49例全沉积烤瓷冠的修复和47例氧化铝全瓷冠的修复,追踪观察2～3年,由修复科医师对义齿的边缘适合性,牙龈健康情况,牙冠外形、色泽、是否崩瓷、破裂等进行评价。结果:两组病例修复效果在所检查指标中无统计学差异。结论:金沉积烤瓷冠和氧化铝全瓷冠在边缘密合性、美观性及抗折强度方面,均能满足临床要求。

    Comparatiue between auro-galvano-form ceramic crown and In-Ceram alumina base all ceramic crown

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo compare repairing effect between the auro-galvano-form ceramic crowns and In-ceram alumina base all ceramic crowns in aesthetics restoration oflabial teeth. Methods 49 patients were restorated with auro-galvano-form ceramic crowns and,followed up 2 to 3 years,checked and appraised the margin,form,colour ofthe crowns,the gingiva and crown fracture by one doctor. Resultsthere is no difference between the effcct of the two kinds of resoration.Conclusion The two kinds of restoration can satify clinica need in the margin,esthetic and the lear energy. ......
