耳甲腔软骨联合L形硅胶假体在闭合入路鼻整形中的应用(1)
[摘要]目的：探讨联合应用耳甲腔软骨和L形硅胶假体在闭合入路鼻整形中的效果及其优缺点。方法：切取耳甲腔软骨做成盾牌，固定于L形硅胶假体尾侧端，采用鼻孔边缘切口置入假体软骨复合物。结果：62例就医者术后短鼻明显延长，鼻尖突出度明显改善，外形满意。其中3例早期鼻尖皮肤发红，2例出现软骨轮廓显现。结论：耳甲腔软骨联合L形硅胶假体闭合入路鼻整形适用于轻中度短鼻矫正，具有方法简单，效果良好，恢复快的优点。
