临床护理模式对便秘孕妇的干预效果

[摘要] 目的 探讨临床护理模式对便秘孕妇的干预效果。 方法 对在本院接收治疗的80例便秘孕妇的临床资料进行分析，根据孕妇的入院时间(单、双日)将其分为两组。对照组采用传统方法护理，实验组采用临床护理模式护理，比较两组孕妇的临床护理效果等指标。 结果 实验组护理的总有效率为95.0%，明显高于高于对照组的85.0%(P<0.01)；实验组的护理满意度为97.5%，明显高于对照组的80.0%(P<0.05)。 结论 对便秘孕妇进行护理干预，能有效改善孕妇的便秘症状，提高临床治疗效果及护理满意度。
