[摘要]案例教学法是一种互动性和参与性较强的新式教学方法，它能够调动医学生的主观能动性、分析问题和解决问题的能力；能够提高带教老师的教学水平、扩展临床带教思路。案例教学法的临床操作性较强，以妇科血证为例，适合在妇产科临床带教中积极推广。
