动态心电图诊断肌袖性房性心律失常的临床价值
【摘要】目的探讨动态心电图在肌袖性房性心律失常诊断中的临床价值。方法对15例肌袖性房性心律失常患者的动态心电图及临床资料进行分析。结果15例患者动态心电图显示：在窦性心律的基础上，出现频发房早、短阵房性心动过速、短阵心房扑动、短阵心房颤动等多种房性心律失常。房早联律间期短，多呈PonT现象，各种房性心律失常与窦性心律交替出现。结论起源于肌袖的房性心律失常有一定的规律，是一组具有特征性的房性心律失常，多数患者并无器质性心脏病，药物治疗无效，可以通过射频消融术根治。通过24 h动态心电图检测对肌袖性房性心律失常的诊断有重要价值。【关键词】动态心电图；肌袖；房性心律失常
