【摘要】 目的：探讨如意金黄散和50%硫酸镁外敷治疗化疗性静脉炎的疗效。方法：将发生静脉炎的68例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组34例采用如意金黄散蜂蜜调制后外敷，对照组34例采用50%硫酸镁湿热敷。结果：治疗组总有效率97.06%，对照组85.29%，两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：中药如意金黄散蜂蜜调制后外敷治疗化疗性静脉炎效果优于50%硫酸镁湿热敷。
