【摘要】 目的：观察和分析高频彩色多普勒超声在小儿腹痛临床诊断中的价值。方法：回顾性分析2013年3月-2014年4月笔者所在医院收治的76例小儿腹痛的二维及高频彩色多普勒超声声像图表现，并结合术后病理类型等进行综合分析。结果：急性阑尾炎、急性肠系膜淋巴结炎、原发性肠套叠、嵌顿疝的超声诊断符合率分别为100%、92.86%、75.0%、100%，且各类疾病超声声像图有其突出表现。结论：高频彩色多普勒超声对小儿腹痛的诊断有一定的应用价值。
