【摘要】 目的：探讨PICC专业护士在门诊导管维护中的效果。方法：将PICC专业护士负责门诊导管维护前后的门诊导管维护患者分为对照组和观察组，比较两组患者发生并发症的情况及对导管维护满意度。结果：观察组并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组整体满意度评价及技术评价、健康教育评价、指引标识评价均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：PICC专业护士能为患者提供个性化、专业化的导管护理，提升专科护理质量及患者满意度，保证出院后导管护理安全、延续。
