【摘要】 目的：探讨将快速康复外科应用于食管癌患者圍术期中的效果。方法：选取2016年1月-2018年12月笔者所在医院收治的食管癌根治术患者100例为研究对象，以随机数字表法将其分为常规式康复组50例和快速外科康复组50例，常规式康复组按照食管癌常规康复模式开展护理照护服务，快速外科康复组则对食管癌根治术常规围术期诸多护理举措加以优化处置以促成患者快速康复目标的达成。比较两组患者术后首次排气时间、首次排便时间、并发症发生率、住院费用及住院时间。结果：快速外科康复组干预后首次排气时间、首次排便时间、并发症发生率、住院费用及住院时间均显著优于常规式康复组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：将快速康复外科应用于食管癌患者围术期中，可获得较好的促快速康复效应，降低医疗费用。
