颈动脉支架血管成形术与心律失常探讨(1)

     [摘要] 目的 系统了解颈动脉支架血管成形术导致心律失常的机制及心律失常类型与处理。方法 研究2009年7月～2010年6月在宣武医院及内蒙古北方医院行颈动脉支架血管成形术患者共142例，在术中与术后出现心律失常与处理情况。结果 85例患者在术中或(和)术后有不同程度的心律失常，均得到恰当处理后好转，未出现不良后果。结论 颈动脉支架血管内治疗致心律失常的几率很高，但只要处理得当，可避免不良后果的发生。

    Approach in Carotid Arteries Stents Angioplasty and Arrhythmia

    [Abstract] Objective In order to systemicly understand carotid arteries stents angioplasty induced the mechanism and categories of arrhythmia and to deel with. Methods One hundred and forty two patients received carotid arteries stents angioplasty and the information of advent and handing arrhythmia intraopperative and postoperation in Beijing Xuanwu Hospital and Inner Mongolia Hospital between July 2009 and June 2010. Results Eighty five patients have differental arrhythmia intraopperative and(or)postoperation and improved after appropriate treatment and no one present harmful consequence.
