青浦区院前急救疾病谱变化规律分析(1)

     [摘要] 目的 了解青浦区院前急救疾病谱变化规律，以提高院前急救水平。 方法 对2012年、2013年院前急救患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。 结果 2013年院前急救患者较2012年增加，女性比例呈上涨趋势；男性患者均多于女性。各年度均以36～59岁患者最多，2013年中60～64岁、65岁以上患病比例较2012年明显上升。2年中均以7月份病例数最多，下半年均高于上半年，2013年第四季度发病人数明显增多。各年份均以各种创伤所致患者人数最多。 结论 院前急救工作应根据疾病谱的变化情况进行相应地调整，以提高院前急救的抢救成功率。
