【摘 要】目的：探究优质护理提高肾内科患者满意程度的临床价值。方法：对照组行常规临床护理，观察组开展优质护理，对比两组满意度。结果：观察组护理投诉率为1.4%，明显低于对照组的12.5%，P<0.05；观察组护理满意度评分为(97.5±4.8)分，明显高于对照组的(86.3±5.7)分，P<0.05。结论：对肾内科患者开展优质护理，可有效降低护理投诉率，提高护理满意度。
