【摘 要】目的：分析产妇产后出血的原因，及时有效迅速抢救的方法，并掌握相应的预防措施。方法：回顾性分析凉山州“120”西昌市三级网络医院2013年1月至2015年1月收治的109例产后出血患者的临床资料，对其进行了产前、产时、产后的预防与监测，做好产后出血的抢救。结果：109例产后出血患者通过临床抢救预后良好，死亡2例。结论：产后出血重在预防，需要认真仔细的临床观察，及时的发现与处理。
